How do I book an appointment?
Click on the 'Book a consultation with Tess' icon, found at the bottom of the page for The Menopause Clinic, Health Coaching or Metabolic Health Screening. This takes you direct to the booking page where you can select a suitable date and time. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
Why do you need to verify your identity?
For data security purposes you will need to verify your identity at the time of your appointment. This ensures your medical records are completed accurately.
Do I need a GP referral to make an appointment at The Menopause Clinic?
No, you can book directly with Tessa. With your consent an email will be sent to your GP after your consultation.
How do I arrange a block booking of appointments for health coaching?
Please email Tessa and we can arrange your appointment schedule. Block booking for 3,6 or 12 months will be at a reduced rate compared to booking individual appointments
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please email Tessa as soon as possible. A full refund will be given for 48hours notice or more and 50% refund for less than 48hours. No charge will be made if you re-schedule your appointment to a new date within 2 months of your original booking.
